Abstract
The framework plan to cover the jubilee celebrations of the millennium of the baptism of Poland and the millennium of the Polish state which was prepared on 25 March 1966 by the Central Coordination Team of the Ministry of the Interior, is an illustration of the communist authorities’ commitment to opposing the Catholic Church. The source illustrates the scale of the commitment exhibited by institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Interior to counter the Millennium of the Baptism of Poland and the methods by which they wanted to achieve this. The framework plan of the CZK MSW (Central Coordination Team of the Ministry of the Interior) was the most important, as it were, “programmatic” standard concerning such activities in the year of the celebration of the great jubilee.
